Abstract

The current state assessment establishes a baseline of an organizationā€™s identity and access management (IAM) capabilities that enables effective planning for moving from the current to the desired state. To conduct an effective current state assessment that positions the organization to reassess on a regular basisā€”and thereby measure improvementā€”one requires a structured capability framework and clear evaluation criteria for each capability.
