If you are not acquainted with content authoring in Confluence, have a look first at the https://open-measure.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DRAFT space where you will find general instructions and may learn content authoring in a safe way.

To learn how bibliographic pages are organized and what information should be provided, have a look at the [Sample] My Reference (Bibliographic Entry) page that shows detailed guidelines with examples.

You then need to be added to the Content Author role. Email me at david.doret@open-measure.org and I’ll configure this for you quickly.

Click on the Create Bibliographic Entry Page button on the right.

Fill in the page content and click on Publish.

Add the applicable labels.

Move your new bibliographic page to the Bibliographic Entries section under the corresponding year of publication. This is where all bibliographic entry pages are stored.
