1 | If you are not acquainted with content authoring in Confluence, have a look first at the Draft space where you will find general instructions and may learn content authoring in a safe way. |

2 | To learn how bibliographic pages are organized and what information should be provided, have a look at the Template: Bibliographic Entry (Annotated) page that shows detailed guidelines with examples. |

3 | You then need to be added to the Content Author role. Email me at david.doret@open-measure.org and I’ll configure this for you quickly. |

4 | Click on the Create Bibliographic Entry Page button on the right. | |
5 | Fill in the page content and click on Publish. |
|
6 | Add the applicable labels. |
|
7 | Move your new bibliographic page to the Bibliographic Entries section under the corresponding year of publication. This is where all bibliographic entry pages are stored. |
