Step	Task
1	If you are not acquainted with content authoring in Confluence, have a look first at the https://open-measure.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DRAFT space where you will find general instructions and may learn content authoring in a safe way.
2	To learn how bibliographic pages are organized and what information should be provided, have a look at the [Sample] My Reference (Bibliographic Entry) page that shows detailed guidelines with examples.
3	You then need to be added to the Content Author role. Email me at david.doret@open-measure.org and I’ll configure this for you quickly.
4	Click on the Create Bibliographic Entry Page button on the right.
5	Fill in the page content and click on Publish.
6	Add the applicable labels.
7	Move your new bibliographic page to the Bibliographic Entries section under the corresponding year of publication. This is where all bibliographic entry pages are stored.
8	Well done!
