Abstract
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, enterprise CIOs have been tasked with enabling remote workers' access to critical business infrastructure and tools–and faced unprecedented efficiency challenges in the process.
Hitachi ID and Pulse surveyed 100 CIOs to uncover the biggest remote working roadblocks their teams have dealt with, and how leaders are reprioritizing accordingly.
This report covers:
- The most common remote working challenges IT teams have faced
- Whether on-premise or cloud-based tools have been more agile during the crisis
- Where CIOs are allocating budgets to improve work-from-home processes
