Term

The page title should be equal to the most common form of the term.

Term

The term title is repeated with this style.

Dictionary Entry

The Dictionary Entry sub-title is included with the code macro. The idea here is to distinguish term entry from acronym entries, the latter being mainly used for disambiguation.

The table of contents facilitates quick navigation to other page sections. It is inserted as a Table of Contents macro with flat style and minimum heading level = 2 (heading 1 being only used to repeat the page title, it would be superfluous to have it in the table of contents).

Alternative Forms

Terms often have alternative forms that are semantically equivalent or nearly equivalent. List them here. Include any acronym as well.

  • ST Acronym

Add alternative forms as links if a corresponding dictionary entry exists.

Definitions

Definition 1

Definitions are numbered from 1 to n. They should be ordered by order of meaning importance or popularity. It is left to the entry author to determine what that order should be.
